Return and Refund Policy
Overview
Delighted Tea does not accept returns. If you are not satisfied with a product, we offer a no‑questions‑asked refund when requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility and Timeframe
- Refund window: Requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days from the date the order is delivered to the shipping address.
- Ineligible items: Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
- Partial shipments: The 14‑day period for each item begins on the delivery date of that item.
Subscriptions
- Customer choice: For subscription charges, customers may choose either a replacement fresh pouch shipped at no additional cost or a full refund for the eligible charge.
- Cancellation: Cancel subscriptions through your account or by contacting teaservice@delightedtea.com. Refunds for subscriptions are handled under this Policy.
International Returns & Refunds
"Our refund policy applies to international orders with the following considerations:
- International customers have the same 14-day return window as domestic customers
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion by your bank
- Original international shipping costs are non-refundable
- Customs duties or taxes paid are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable
- Please allow 10 business days for international returns to reach us, plus our standard processing time for refunds"
How to Request a Refund
- Submit request: Email teaservice@delightedtea.com with order number, customer name, email address used for the order, and product name. A short sentence requesting a refund is sufficient.
- Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48–72 hours.
Refund Processing
- Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Timing: Refunds are processed and issued within five to ten (5–10) business days after confirmation.
- Notification: You will receive an email when the refund has been issued.
Damaged Items and Documentation
Damaged items are eligible for a no‑questions‑asked refund. Including a photograph of the damage in your email helps us prioritize and improve quality control.
Taxes Duties and International Orders
Applicable taxes included in the original charge will be refunded where required by law. Duties, customs fees, and currency conversion effects may be subject to local rules and may not be refundable by Delighted Tea.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact teaservice@delightedtea.com before initiating a chargeback or dispute so we can resolve the issue. We prefer to handle refund requests directly and will cooperate to resolve disputes promptly.
Legal Compliance and Modifications
This Policy is subject to applicable consumer protection laws; local laws that provide greater consumer rights will govern. Delighted Tea reserves the right to update this Policy; material changes will be posted on the website.
