Delighted Tea ships orders only within the United States. Orders are processed and packaged within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed; orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day will begin processing the next business day, and processing does not occur on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. We offer Standard Ground (3–7 business days after shipment), Expedited (2–4 business days after shipment), and Overnight/Next Day (next business day for orders shipped before carrier cutoff, subject to ZIP code and carrier availability); transit times are estimates for shipment transit only and do not include processing time. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may be flat rate or carrier-calculated; free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders as specified at checkout. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships; tracking information is provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear. Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout; Delighted Tea is not responsible for delays or nondelivery caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email teaservice@delightedtea.com immediately and we will attempt to update the address before the order ships, though changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment. If your shipment arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contents and email teaservice@delightedtea.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery; if tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, contact teaservice@delightedtea.com so we can investigate with the carrier and we may request additional documentation. Orders with multiple items may ship separately and shipping charges shown at checkout reflect the combined order; if an item is backordered we will notify you and either ship remaining items immediately or hold the order until it can ship complete based on your preference. Some orders may require a signature upon delivery depending on carrier rules or order value; if a delivery attempt fails, carriers may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility and the recipient is responsible for retrieving the package if required. Delighted Tea will work with carriers to resolve lost, stolen, or damaged shipment issues and, where appropriate, offer a replacement shipment or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Delighted Tea reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy; material changes will be posted on the website.
